14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you enter into a contract with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your agreement within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is entered into, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Waiver of Cooling-Off Rights

If you request that we begin work, provide services, order materials, or otherwise commence performance during the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly agree to us starting the work before the cooling-off period has expired.

By requesting an early start, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once work has commenced. If the service has been fully completed during the cooling-off period with your express consent, your right to cancel will end.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered where required by law or where agreed by us in writing. Once work has commenced, refunds will generally not be available for work completed, services provided, or materials purchased specifically for your project.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Any reasonable costs already incurred, including labour, materials, administration, or third-party charges, may be deducted from any refund due.

Customer Cancellations

If you choose to cancel after work has commenced, you will remain responsible for payment for all work carried out up to the date of cancellation, together with the cost of any materials ordered, delivered, or manufactured specifically for your project.

Faulty or Unsatisfactory Work

If you believe our work is defective or has not been carried out to the agreed standard, please notify us as soon as possible. We will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work and, where appropriate, rectify any genuine issues before any refund or other remedy is considered.
