Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting our quotation, signing our agreement, or instructing us to begin work, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time and may be revised if the scope of work changes.
3. Payment
Payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in your quotation or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend work until any overdue payments have been received.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, ensure the work area is suitable for the services being carried out, and provide any information necessary for us to complete the work.
5. Variations
Any additional work requested after acceptance of the quotation may incur additional charges. Any changes to the agreed scope of work should be confirmed in writing.
6. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable, consumers have the right to cancel their contract within 14 calendar days of entering into the agreement.
If you request that we begin work, order materials, or otherwise commence providing the service during the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly request and authorise us to do so.
By giving this instruction, you acknowledge and agree that your cancellation rights may be reduced or lost once work has commenced. Where the service is fully completed during the cooling-off period with your express consent, your right to cancel will end.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before work has commenced and within your legal cooling-off period, you may be entitled to a full refund.
If work has commenced at your request, you agree to pay for all work completed, labour provided, materials purchased or ordered, and any reasonable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds are only available where required by law or otherwise agreed by us in writing.
8. Materials
Any materials supplied remain our property until paid for in full. We reserve the right to substitute materials with equivalent products where necessary due to supplier availability.
9. Delays
We shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, supplier shortages, unforeseen site conditions, customer requests, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our workmanship. Any workmanship issues reported within a reasonable period will be inspected and, where appropriate, remedied at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, alterations by others, normal wear and tear, or failure to maintain the work.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out under the contract, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Access
If we are unable to carry out the agreed work due to lack of access or customer absence, we reserve the right to charge for any wasted time, labour, or travel costs.
13. Completion
The customer agrees to inspect the completed work promptly and notify us of any concerns within 7 days of completion.
14. Data Protection
Any personal information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and administering your contract. We will handle your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
